Digital Account Manager

Our client is digital marketing agency and in-house consulting firm specializing in luxury, retail, and beauty. They are looking for a Digital Account Manager in their NYC office who will be responsible for customer relationships and paid digital marketing strategy and execution for their key clients. This person will have hands-on experience in paid media management and managing a team.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 3+ Years of paid digital marketing experience managing large SEM campaigns
  • Advanced experience in paid social advertising, forecasting budgets and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of advanced methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and experience leading teams
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with DS3, Kenshoo or Marin a big plus

   Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Build trust and credibility at all levels of client organizations
  • Establish, plan, and deliver client’s digital marketing and brand strategy
  • Communicate campaign metrics and make recommendations to senior leadership
  • Working within client offices with C-level executives  
  • Lead team of Coordinators, including training and support to new hires as you grow your team
