Digital Strategy Supervisor

Our client is a creative digital marketing agency in NYC that works with a varied portfolio of clients. Some of their clients are Dos Equis, Uniqlo and Applegate. They are looking for a Digital Strategy Supervisor to join their dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Seek insight and defend strategic thinking with data
  • Take a brand, an objective and a platform and think of innovative ways to bring them together
  • Identify new opportunities and bring them to life
  • Understand the value of new ideas, ways of thinking /working and have a desire to grow presentation skills
  • Display passion for pop culture, trends and motivations in consumer behavior
  • Continually work to understand how data is leveraged for reporting and used to define strategies, to defend strategies, to uncover new opportunities
  • Develop reports to demonstrate how the media is delivering against client business goals
  • Whether internally or with clients, have an ability to be personable, understanding and have a desire to do what’s best for the team and the client
  • Have an understanding of major platforms and be able to clearly articulate the benefits of one over the other
  • Develop media strategy and partner with the investment team to create a plan to deliver on that strategy within the client’s budget
  • Interface with clients, internal departments, and publishers to manage online media buys in coordination with the investment team
  • Analyze campaigns and recommend strategic and tactical changes to maximize campaign performance
  • Manage client requests (i.e., plan changes, budget changes, market place information)
  • Review all work thoroughly to ensure a high standard of quality
  • 3+ years of agency experience setting and executing digital marketing strategies
