Manager, Paid Media

Our Clients Account Managers are responsible for customer relationships as well as overseeing execution of a client's omni-channel digital marketing campaigns.  Ideal candidates will have 3 - 5 years’ hands-on experience in paid media management.   

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Building trust and credibility with primary contacts within client organizations.
  • Communicating campaign metrics and making recommendations to senior leadership. 
  • Exceeding client expectations for agency levels of service, frequently working within client offices with C-level executives . 
  • Leading a team of coordinators, including on-going training and support to new hires as you grow your team. 

Knowledge and Skills

  • 3+ Years of paid digital marketing experience, directly executing and managing campaigns.
  • Experience in platforms such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, DoubleClick, Tableau and Kenshoo.
  • Advanced expertise in media planning, buying, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of advanced methodologies. Expertise in Google Analytics a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills, as well as ability to work independently and operate outside your comfort zone is critical.
