Manager, Paid Search

Our client is a leading full service integrated digital marketing agency dedicated to bringing innovative and consumer centric solutions to their clients. They are looking for an experienced Manager, Paid Search. This role requires paid search experience as well as knowledge of display, paid social, video, and mobile marketing. The client is looking for individuals who are articulate, analytical, and enthusiastic to help grow the brand.


  • Manage day-to-day client relations
  • Educate clients on digital concepts, best practices, and trends
  • Communicate with clients directly with minimal supervision
  • Oversee search and shopping campaigns, strategy, and execution
  • Develop and implement search test strategies (i.e. bidding, copy, positioning, etc.)
  • Analyze weekly campaign results, optimize programs, and execute client status reports
  • Manage vendor relationships and understand their role in our client business
  • Identify new opportunities for clients both internally and externally
  • Work with cross-functional account teams including tech, creative, research, analytics and trafficking to manage campaigns through to completion
  • Manage other digital marketing programs where applicable. Inclusive of display, remarketing and more
  • Manage junior staff with training, project prioritization, and client deliverables


  • Bachelor's Degree (Preference in Marketing, Data Analytics)
  • 2+ years paid search experience
  • Hands on experience managing online campaigns across a variety of vendors (i.e. Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, etc.). Kenshoo and DS experience a plus
  • Mastery of all basic SEM Fundamentals
  • Full understanding of bid management systems/practices
  • Mastery of Analytics Platforms (GA, Adobe)
  • AdWords Certification a plus
  • Ability to manage different personalities as well as the ability to exude confidence and expertise in client meetings
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Strong project management and analytics skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
