Paid Media Coordinator

Our client is digital marketing agency and in-house consulting firm specializing in luxury, retail, and beauty. They are looking for a Digital Paid Media Coordinator in their NYC office who will be managing digital marketing campaigns for key clients. This person will be focusing on paid social and programmatic media buying as well as paid search, retargeting and PLAs.

  • Work with Account Managers to plan and execute client’s campaign strategy.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns. 
  • Measure performance of campaigns and gather data. 
  • Manage media planning, approvals, RFPs, and publisher partnerships and negotiation with oversight of Account Managers.


  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Doubleclick Campaign Manager and/or Paid Social.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of advanced methodologies. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Experience using DS, Kenshoo or Marin is a plus.
  • Digital branding exposure and experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with influencer marketers is a plus.
  • Luxury experience is a plus.
