Paid Media Manager

Our Account Managers are responsible for customer relationships as well as overseeing flawless execution of a client's omni-channel digital marketing campaigns.  Ideal candidates will have 3 - 5 years’ hands-on experience in paid media management, along with experience managing a team of coordinators to support campaign execution.

  Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Building trust and credibility at all levels of client organizations. 
  • Establish, plan, and deliver your client’s digital marketing and brand strategy. 
  • Communicating campaign metrics and making recommendations to senior leadership. 
  • Exceeding client expectations for agency levels of service, frequently working within client offices with C-level executives . 
  • Leading a team of coordinators, including on-going training and support to new hires as you grow your team. 
  • Be an active member in the company community and culture


Knowledge and Skills

  • 3+ Years of paid digital marketing experience, directly executing and managing large, intricate SEM campaigns (search and shopping)
  • Advanced expertise in either paid search or paid social, ideally in both.  
  • Experience in SEM related platforms, such as Adwords, Facebook, DBM, and DCM.
  • Advanced expertise in forecasting budgets and results.
  • Advanced expertise in Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of advanced methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and experience leading teams are a must .
  • Ability to work independently and operate outside your comfort zone is critical.
