Sr. Manager, Display

Our client is looking for an exceptionally awesome Senior Manager of Display Advertising with at least 4-6 years of experience who can utilize their expertise in the Programmatic / RTB (Real Time Bidding) space to drive results for key clients. With dedicated teams in creative, development, and digital marketing, they've grown the revenues and brands of over 100 happy clients – including Capital One, Google, AWS, Norton and Malwarebytes.

Job Duties:

· Lead, plan, and execute highly targeted, strategically-sound Display media plans

· Setup and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Marketing Platform and The Trade Desk and consistently strive to refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our clients

· Provide in-depth weekly reporting and analyze campaign performance to inform optimization recommendations and insights

· Educate and inform clients about display attribution methods and measurement

· Oversee the RFP process, allocate budget, negotiate media buys and manage partner relationships

· Promote cutting edge Programmatic technology solutions and industry trends – both internally and to clients

· Collaborate with internal teams to create holistic media plans

· Provide written point-of-views on potential media partners and technologies

· Lead monthly business reviews, QBRs, and/or impromptu reviews of Display performance, providing clients with insights and areas to continue growth

· Lead client meetings and be strategic display partner to clients

 

Skills/Qualifications:

· 5-8 years of overall marketing experience, with a minimum of 4-6 years in an RTB, Programmatic, or Display advertising role

· Demonstrable knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies

· Experience with The Trade Desk and Google Marketing Platform

· Thorough knowledge of how to activate 1st and 3rd Party audiences, data onboarding, etc.

· Fluent on topics related to inventory quality, fraud, viewability and brand risk - and the tools that measure these attributes

· A strong passion for accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving and innovation

· Strong aptitude and passion for numerical detail and analysis

· Advanced Excel skills are essential, and additional capabilities in tools like Tableau are a plus

· Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents

· Demonstrate a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks

· Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing client (up to director or C-level) on optimal Display strategy

· Knowledge of other channels, i.e. SEM or Paid Social is a huge bonus

· Must love dogs
