Sr. SEM Channel Manager

Our client is a 9-figure online aftermarket auto accessories retailer that is seeking a highly experienced, driven paid media channel manager, preferably working full-time, in-house at an office in San Diego. You will be responsible for hands-on execution of our paid search and social marketing strategy with the support of a small team that you lead. 

Requirements:

  • A high level of sophistication and experience with all aspects of Adwords (and Bing) and Facebook campaign management and optimization (5+ years in a senior role, minimum.)
  • At a high level, on Adwords, this includes search, remarketing (display) and PLA. For Facebook, this includes prospecting, retention, remarketing, DPA, custom audiences, lookalikes, etc.
  • Experience managing 6-7 figure monthly budgets for e-commerce sites with aggressive ROAS goals.
  • Experience tying customer segmentation and LTV factors into acquisition and ROAS targets and bidding. Also, ideally tracking and utilizing multi-touch attribution data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - you're experienced communicating with the executive management team, coordinating with internal stakeholders including IT, merchandising and other marketing team members, and running your own team of specialists. Plus, you can also write an incredible ad copy.
  • Managing to budgets and creating comprehensive dashboards and reporting on pacing and performance. You are also constantly testing and iterating copy, creative, keywords, landing pages, and all touch points.
  • Endlessly curious and driven. You love learning and improving your skills, keeping up on industry trends and changes.
