Happy Cog is a growing interactive agency of 80+ people, all working 100% remotely.

Happy Cog has been in the digital design and marketing business since the nascent days of the web. Their service offerings remain core to their mission—designed to make content sing through well-informed content strategy, research-backed design, and forward-thinking development that excludes no one.

They design, develop, and market websites and mobile apps for a wide variety of clients -- everyone from small startups, to Fortune 100s. Projects we've recently worked on have included online ordering platforms for restaurants, custom content management systems for law firms, an economic mobility research platform, and many more.

Some more of their verticals: Higher education. Enterprise. Mission-driven nonprofits. Media and publishing companies. Consumer and lifestyle brands. Technology. Healthcare. Real estate. Professional services. Breweries. Rock bands.

"Working with a diverse set of partners gives us a unique perspective. We're not constantly solving the same sorts of problems over and over. We're ever-expanding our frame of reference, which allows us to solve problems in unexpected ways."

They are looking for great people to join the team, so whether you have a wide array of workplace experience, none at all, or if you feel like your past experiences don't meet all of the following qualifications, we encourage you to still apply. Who knows, your experience might be just what we are looking for!
