In 2005 Peter and Jennifer co–founded Epic Search Partners with the goal of becoming the leading management recruiting firm specializing in the Digital Marketing and Legal industries. His extensive general management background in the business process outsourcing and online marketing industries have helped Epic Search become the go-to firm for the top search agencies, advertisers and law firms.
When Epic first launched, there was an absence of firms specializing in the recruitment and placement of highly-qualified search marketing talent. In six short years, Peter led the successful growth of Epic Search Partners to become the largest executive search firm dedicated to the search marketing industry. The legal recruiting focus morphed out of legal searches conducted for agency clients and is a major focus of the firm today. He prides himself on providing customized solutions for his clients that include recruitment, contract staffing, project outsourcing and recruitment process outsourcing services. He is quick to point out that he would not have been nearly as successful without Jennifer, his partner and wife, at his side.
He resides in Kennebunk, Maine with Jennifer and their German Shepherd Cole.
