Our client is a global digital marketing agency made up of industry specialists covering the spectrum of strategy, marketing, digital media operations, feed management, and data analytics. They specialize in luxury beauty and fashion clients, along with some other retail brands. They are looking for an experienced Account Director to join their team in Montreal.


You are a dynamic, curious and energetic individual eager to be at the forefront of digital marketing strategies. You will be working as part of the Toronto team, where you will contribute to developing digital marketing strategies that will be used as drivers to support the growth of the account portfolio you will be in charge of.


Client Partnership & Strategy

  • Design & implement 360 Strategies (with a focus on Paid Media) to grow your clients’ revenue and ROI
  • Build Trust: master client communication, be the go-to person for the client and the Agency ambassador
  • Scale: grow your clients’ portfolio through high value services and innovation

Campaign Performance

  • Enforce & supervise compliance
  • Approve the quality & security guides
  • Elaborate, execute, and manage paid media and social marketing strategies focused on client’s objectives
  • Create tactical and actionable plans, including objectives, clear recommendations of audience, formats, budget and KPIs
  • Accountable for client performances, budgets, and operations
  • Oversee the daily/monthly spends for multiple clients to ensure each campaign meets the desired performance metrics
  • Collaborate with various experts of the team (SEM experts, SEO, E-retail, etc.) on strategy implementation

– Team Management

  • Build ownership and strengthen excellence across the members of your team
  • Manage a multi-platform team to ensure multi-channel media performance and efficiency across all paid campaigns
  • Organize and streamline daily operations and projects


  • 7+ years of performance media experience (agency/client)
  • 2 years’ experience managing a team
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media landscape
  • Experience with Paid Search, Social campaigns (Amazon Ads is a plus)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Core Metrics, and other analytics platforms (certifications)
  • Strong computer skills: Advanced MS Excel (databases, pivot tables, tables, graphs, reports), PowerPoint & MS Word
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Analytical mindset
  • Bilingual in English & French (written and spoken) is a strong asset
