What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect and close new B2B accounts, targeting contractors, builders, and trade professionals
- Convert inbound leads into long-term, high-value relationships
- Build regional channel partnerships and explore private-label/co-branding opportunities
- Work directly with the COO to design and refine go-to-market strategies
- Balance outbound and inbound strategies to build a sustainable, growing book of business
- Act as a thought partner with marketing to align outbound campaigns and lead conversion
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven hunter: Must show a quantifiable track record of B2B outbound success
- Strong experience selling physical or construction-related products
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create processes where none exist
- High-energy, resilient, resourceful—loves rejection as much as success
- Excellent consultative sales skills—asks smart questions, digs into client needs
- Familiarity with construction sales cycles and contractor-driven decision making
- Digital fluency: Comfort using CRM, sales tech stacks (e.g., Sales Navigator, ConstructConnect)
Bonus Points For:
- Background selling glass, fixtures, building materials, or specialty construction products
- Multi-state territory development experience
- Knowledge of personalization techniques for modern outbound (LinkedIn outreach, intent-based marketing)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary around $80,000
- 4% commission on gross profit, uncapped
- $1,500 new major account acquisition bonuses

- Company-issued computer; mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile
- Remote work flexibility with territory-based travel
