About the Role
The Director, Integrated Investment will lead integrated paid search and paid social strategies across channels, including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Performance Max, and emerging AI-based platforms. This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, requiring a few days per week in-office, and offers a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead integrated paid search and paid social strategy across biddable channels
  • Manage enterprise-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Performance Max, and other major platforms
  • Supervise and mentor social buyers, supervisors, and associate directors
  • Oversee campaign learning agendas, testing, reporting, and optimization
  • Troubleshoot technical assets including product catalogs, pixels, and offline data sets
  • Serve as a senior client lead and subject matter expert for paid social and search
  • Contribute to agency POVs and innovation across paid media

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of digital media agency experience
  • Hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, and YouTube
  • 3+ years managing and mentoring teams
  • Expertise in automation, bidding strategies, and AI-enhanced optimization
  • Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and offline conversion imports
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization
