Our client is a leading direct-to-consumer marketing, sales and technology company that captures millions of searches for Medicare and life insurance products each year. They are seeking a Director of Paid Search to join their team.

Responsibilities:

● Own Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) marketing efforts at TRANZACT, leading and mentoring a team of in-house paid search experts

● Implement best-in-class Paid Search tactics with an emphasis on data-driven KPI optimization and strategic growth

● Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing priorities, investment strategy, measurement requirements, areas of opportunity and comprehensive approach to meet quarterly benchmarks

● Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity

● Test everything! Identify new opportunities, channels, tactics, and strategies to implement, and do not be afraid to think creatively to achieve our next wins

Qualifications:

● Player-coach Paid Search marketing expert with a passion for optimizing and scaling campaigns with teams of high-performance marketers

● 5+ years’ experience managing large budgets in a performance marketing environment with proven success

● Driven by an enthusiasm for Paid Search marketing, data-first accountability, and innovative paths to digital customer acquisition

● Experience in team leadership, tactical and strategic guidance, inspiring teammates to continued excellence

● Expert knowledge in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI

● Strong written & verbal communication skills

Additional information:

  • Preferably the position will by a hybrid model (Tuesday and Thursdays in office). Fully remote with occasional travel to headquarters will be considered for ideal candidate
  • Team size to manage is 5+
  • Budgets will range from $5MM-$9MM/month depending on season
  • Annual bonus will range from 15-17.5%
