**About the Role**
We are hiring multiple Managers, Paid Media to join a growing agency team supporting leading retail and ecommerce brands.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paid-media professional who wants greater ownership, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to continue developing across multiple digital channels.
The Manager will be responsible for executing, managing, analyzing, and communicating successful outcomes across client digital-marketing portfolios. Depending on client assignment, individual roles may have a deeper focus in paid search, paid social, or an integrated combination of both, while also providing exposure to broader channels including programmatic, display, and video.
This is a hands-on role. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in media platforms, making optimization decisions, analyzing performance, and translating results into recommendations for clients.
The position is hybrid and can be based in New York City or Dallas, with the team working in the office on Wednesdays and remotely the remainder of the week. Some client assignments may be location-specific.
The salary range is $85,000 to $105,000, plus bonus.
**What You’ll Do**
– Lead hands-on tactical execution across paid media channels based on client goals
– Build, manage, optimize, and analyze paid search and/or paid social campaigns
– Support integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, and video
– Monitor campaign delivery and make ongoing optimizations to improve performance
– Manage the analysis and reporting process and translate performance data into actionable recommendations
– Own day-to-day communication with clients and develop strong relationships with client and vendor partners
– Support the development of media plans and go-to-market strategies
– Participate in quarterly business reviews, strategic POVs, and other opportunities to expand client relationships
– Manage project deliverables and ensure accurate, high-quality campaign activation across channels
– Work closely with analytics, creative, operations, and other internal teams
– Manage marketing-pixel placement and data accuracy to ensure campaigns are measuring against the right goals
– Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and clear next steps
– Help train and develop junior team members while creating an environment where they can grow
– Stay current on changes across search, social, digital media, ecommerce, and emerging technology
– Contribute to new-business needs and broader agency initiatives
– Apply AI and emerging tools thoughtfully to improve campaign management, analysis, and team efficiency
**What You Bring**
– 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media in digital channels
– Strong expertise in paid search and/or paid social
– Experience working directly in platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms
– Experience with retail and ecommerce clients
– Strong understanding of performance marketing and how to drive ROAS, customer acquisition, lead generation, and other measurable business outcomes
– Ability to develop informed media plans and go-to-market recommendations
– Strong analytical skills and a willingness to dig into data and troubleshoot performance issues
– Excellent client-facing communication skills
– Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
– Ability to collaborate effectively across strategy, analytics, creative, and other disciplines
– Curiosity about emerging media trends, platforms, AI, and new ways to improve performance
– A positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach
– Experience working with creative or development teams to produce and iterate digital assets is a plus
– U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required
**Why This Opportunity**
