They operate across channels including Connected TV, Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home, display, video, and emerging ad-tech, delivering performance-driven campaigns in a collaborative, people-first environment.
About the Role
This is a Programmatic Trader role responsible for the hands-on planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of programmatic media campaigns, with paid social support as needed.
You will own campaign setup and performance across DSPs, manage bid strategy and pacing, and ensure accuracy and organization across all programmatic buying activity. The role supports a key list of clients by translating campaign objectives into programmatic activation strategies and optimizing toward defined KPIs.
Responsibilities:
● Own the planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, testing, analysis,
forecasting, and reporting for client list.
● Master industry leading programmatic buying platforms including but not
limited to: Display & Video 360 (DV360), The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP
● As needed, leverage social media buying platforms including but not limited to:
Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter
Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads
● Translate client campaign objectives into programmatic activation strategies
including the curation of third-party audiences in DMPs, PMP deals, site lists,
keyword contextual lists, frequency capping, pacing decisions, etc.
● Determine optimal media mix across display, paid social, video, native,
connected TV, Programmatic DOOH, and audio
● Maintain brand safety standards through fraud protection tools (DoubleVerify),
viewability filters, negative keywords, and blacklists
● Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
● Exceed client KPIs (CPA, ROI, Video Completion Rate, Ad Engagement, etc.)
● Advise on new capabilities and stay engaged with emerging trends and
opportunities
● Work closely with media planning and sales teams to lead the creation of
multi-channel media plans for prospective clients
● Generate incremental revenue for existing clients through successful campaigns
Qualifications:
● 2+ years trading programmatic campaigns at an agency, DSP, or Ad Network
strongly preferred
● Programmatic expertise with other digital channels is a plus. (e.g. paid social,
paid search)
● Ability to understand and effectively communicate value proposition,
technology, and processes
● Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and marketing analytics
● History using various marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Campaign
Manager, Factual, Placed, TUNE, Kochava, etc.)
● Experience with Excel User. Pivot Tables, Joining Data Sets, Complex Formulas, a plus
