They operate across channels including Connected TV, Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home, display, video, and emerging ad-tech, delivering performance-driven campaigns in a collaborative, people-first environment.
The Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships drives the agency’s sales strategy, leading efforts to acquire new clients and accelerate programmatic media revenue. This role blends strategic vision with disciplined execution to deliver meaningful and sustainable growth. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of the company’s sales team by designing and implementing scalable processes for pipeline management, forecasting, and client engagement. Over time, the Senior Director will build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure long-term success and operational excellence across the agency’s sales organization.
Core Responsibilities
● Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
● Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
● Adapt sales strategy based on market conditions and performance data.
● Identify and capitalize on growth and revenue opportunities through a strong understanding of digital media.
● Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
● Maintain strong CRM discipline to ensure transparency and accountability.
● Represent the agency externally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand credibility and awareness.
Qualifications
● 10+ years of experience in programmatic marketing or digital media.
● Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients, leveraging those relationships to drive revenue growth.
● Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, exchanges, and related ad technology platforms.
● Comfortable working independently to deliver immediate results while developing processes and strategies that support long-term growth.
● A proactive, self-driven professional who acts with integrity and consistently demonstrates excellence.
