In 2005 Peter and Jennifer co–founded Epic Search Partners with the goal of becoming the leading management recruiting firm specializing in the Search Marketing industry. His extensive general management background in the business process outsourcing and online marketing industries have helped Epic Search become the go-to firm for the top search agencies and advertisers in the world.
When Epic first launched, there was an absence of firms specializing in the recruitment and placement of highly-qualified search marketing talent. In six short years, Peter led the successful growth of Epic Search Partners to become the largest executive search firm dedicated to the search marketing industry. He prides himself on providing customized solutions for his clients that include recruitment, contract staffing, project outsourcing and recruitment process outsourcing services. He is quick to point out that he would not have been nearly as successful without Jennifer, his partner and wife, at his side.
He resides in Kennebunk, Maine with Jennifer, Stella and Rowdy, and every now and then their two children (when they make it home from Manhattan/Boston).
