Jennifer Rouillard founded Epic Search Partners in 2005 with the goal of becoming the leading management recruiting firm in the Search Engine Marketing industry. She prides herself on having the ability to understand client’s business goals, cultural nuances and functional requirements and then delivering the best people to fit those needs.
Helping companies grow and providing people with a better quality of life through career advancement is the most satisfying work Jennifer has experienced.
